At RGameConsole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming experience. If your console or accessory isn't meeting your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Hardware

  Securely place the console, controllers, and cables in their original packaging to ensure the product is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
